Encryption in transit and at rest
All claim data and evidence are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), under the controls of our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II programs.
Full tenant isolation
Each insurer's data is logically isolated. No data, model weights, or configuration is ever shared between clients. Your claims data stays yours.
Restricted production access
Access to production is limited to named operators, logged, and reviewed. Every action is traceable, and every settlement stays a human decision.
SSO and MFA
Platform access supports Single Sign-On (SAML/OIDC) and enforces multi-factor authentication for all users. No shared credentials, no password-only access.
Penetration testing
Independent third-party penetration tests are conducted at least annually. Findings are remediated on a risk-prioritised timeline and results are available on request.
Incident response
A documented incident response plan with defined roles, escalation paths, and communication protocols. Clients are notified within 24 hours of any confirmed breach.
Independent validation
ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified. Certificates, audit reports, and control evidence are published in the Trust Center.
